Before EasyHive, Rafael built and sold one of Brazil's biggest restaurant marketing companies. He has deep experience across CRM architecture, marketing automation, and AI agent design, and he is still hands-on inside client Slack channels, running the experiments and reporting the numbers.
Rafael's path was never a straight line. He spent high school in Kansas City, Missouri, then went on to study engineering in Germany: the kind of rigorous, systems-first training that still shapes how he builds today.
Then he did the thing engineers are not supposed to do: he walked away from it. He left engineering to found one of the largest restaurant marketing companies in Brazil, trading blueprints for building a business from zero. That engineering mind never left, though. It is exactly why EasyHive treats a company like a system to be architected, not a pile of tools to be bolted together.
Automation is hard. Agents, integrations, APIs: genuinely hard. Rafael watched smart business owners get told this stuff was simple, try it, and drown. That gap made him angry enough to name a company after the fix: EasyHive exists to make the hard thing actually easy.
Rafael leads the team that designs and deploys every agent EasyHive ships: one hive of Claude agents per business, covering sales, marketing, customer success, HR, operations and finance, managed end to end. The same system runs EasyHive itself: he shows it working, with real numbers, every week on Claude Runs My Biz.
